Prepare your teeth: Make sure your teeth are dry before you begin. Gently wipe them with a clean cloth or tissue to ensure the whitening strips adhere properly.

Apply the strip to your upper teeth: Remove the long strip from the packaging and place the sticky side against your upper teeth. Press the strip firmly into place and fold it over the back of your teeth to secure it.

Apply the strip to the lower teeth: Repeat the same procedure with the shorter strip, this time on the lower teeth.
