Prepare your teeth: Dry your teeth thoroughly before use. Use a clean cloth or tissue to ensure your teeth are dry. This will help the strips adhere better.

Apply the strip to your upper teeth: Remove the long strip from the packaging. Place the sticky side against your upper teeth. Press the strip firmly and fold it over the back of your teeth to secure it in place.
