Ambassador Terms and Conditions
1. Purpose of the Agreement
The ambassador undertakes to market SmileKit Sweden's teeth whitening products through social media and other agreed channels.
2. Ambassador's commitments
The Ambassador undertakes to:

Publish content that promotes SmileKit Sweden's products according to agreed strategy.

Maintain a positive image of the Company and its brand.

Follow applicable rules for marketing and collaborations, including clear labeling of sponsored posts according to [local guidelines, e.g. the Swedish Consumer Agency's rules].

Not to promote competing products during the term of the agreement without the Company's written approval.
3. Company commitments
SmileKit Sweden undertakes to:

Provide the Ambassador with products and materials to carry out the marketing.

Pay agreed compensation or provide benefits according to agreement (see point 4).

Provide support and guidelines to ensure successful collaboration.
4. Compensation and benefits
In return for his services, the Ambassador receives:

Products at an agreed value at the start of the collaboration.

5. Intellectual property rights

The Company owns the right to use the content that the Ambassador creates within the framework of this agreement in its own channels and marketing campaigns.

The Ambassador undertakes to only use approved material from the Company for marketing.
6. Duration and termination of the agreement

The agreement is valid from the agreed date and runs until further notice or for the agreed period of time as per the agreement.

The agreement may be terminated by either party with [e.g. 30 days] written notice as agreed.

The company reserves the right to immediately terminate the collaboration in the event of a breach of the agreement or actions that damage SmileKit Sweden's brand or its company (H&R Group AB).
7. Privacy
The Ambassador undertakes not to share sensitive information about SmileKit Sweden, H&R Group AB or its operations without written consent.
8. Responsibility and legal terms

The ambassador is responsible for ensuring that content published within the framework of the collaboration complies with applicable laws and regulations.

The Company is not responsible for any damages, claims or losses arising in connection with the Ambassador's activities.
9. Dispute resolution
Any disputes shall primarily be resolved through negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it shall be settled in accordance with Swedish law in a court of law, chosen by H&R Group AB.
